Imagine, the size of the lot is almost 4 acres and is wrapped in a decorative iron fence. It sits regally on a residential area.

Well, for the past 25 years, the owners – Roland and Jeanne Radinski, who have both the means and energy have been restoring the mansion and its grounds.
Claiming this as a house is an understatement, so we will refer to it as a mansion as it should be. To give you an idea of the mansion, it is very wide with long elegant hall that runs down the center. The living room is across the front, then beside it is a music room, then a grand entrance, the dining room, breakfast room, and then a large solarium. The interior is influenced with an Asian flair with Oriental rugs and antiques.
The staff rooms is located at the back and has a kitchen, a butler’s pantry, and the dining room for the staff, which is currently being converted into an office. The mansion’s kitchen is quite large and sunny for its era – though this has been restored with additional counters, appliances, and floors; but it is still kept in its original style.
The owner, Roland Radinski thought that the house has 13 bedrooms, but when he saw the floorplans recently, he found a new set of rooms – this is not including the bathrooms and fireplaces, indoor fountains, and a couple of large outdoor fountains.
What’s more is that there are two large carriage houses at the back and each of these carriage houses has a two-bedroom apartment, then there’s a walk-in safe in the basement, and then a large hidden room on the third floor.
